TRIAL SETUP - EQUIPMENT

The court offers an in-court ELMO and flat screen displays.  You may request additional equipment or to test your own equipment by scheduling time with the courtroom deputy.  For instance, there is limited availability of a wireless device small enough to fit in the palm of your hand with a built-in laser pointer enabling advancement or go-back on PowerPoint presentation slides. 
  

To test courtroom equipment, (i.e. plug in a laptop computer and see how it looks on the screens)  make your request through the courtroom deputy.  If there is just a simple testing of equipment, courthouse IT can meet you at the doors upstairs and walk you in to the courtroom, but this time must also be scheduled through the courtroom deputy.  This assistance by courthouse IT should be schedule before 11:30 AM and after 1:30 PM.  Requesting to bring in additional equipment  (i.e. projectors, etc) or to relocate courtroom equipment is to be made through the courtroom deputy.
